Refund & Cancellation Policy

Physical Products
Aura Batteries and Tabiz are individually recharged for you before dispatch. Because each item is personally prepared, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment received.
Monthly Life Coaching Programme
The Monthly Life Coaching Programme is billed in full at the start of each month via Razorpay. Payment is non-refundable once the month has begun. You may cancel at any time to stop the next month’s renewal — no cancellation fee applies.
Healing Sessions
One-to-One and Group Photo Healing sessions are non-refundable once scheduled or included in that month’s group circle, as preparation begins immediately upon booking.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For payment-specific issues, including failed transactions or duplicate charges, contact us on WhatsApp with your Razorpay transaction ID.
