2. NO AUTOMATIC REFUNDS

Due to the intangible and experiential nature of digital content:

• We do not offer automatic refunds once access is granted
• Results depend on individual participation and consistency
• Completion and outcomes cannot be guaranteed

3. EXCEPTIONS – LIMITED REFUND CONSIDERATION

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

• You are unable to access the program due to a verified technical issue from our side
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase
• You have not completed more than Day 1 of the program

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
